Ordering and delivery

Your order shows the products, quantities, available delivery days and estimated weekly total. For a regular order, Stripe securely saves your payment method without charging the first week in advance. We bill you at the end of each delivery week for what you received. One off orders are paid when ordered.

Weekly payment after delivery

Regular weekly invoices are charged at the end of the delivery week. If a payment does not go through or an invoice remains unpaid, future deliveries may be placed on hold until the balance is settled.

Changes, holidays and problems

Order changes and holidays apply to future delivery periods and must be submitted at least 24 hours before the affected delivery. Contact us about a completed delivery, missing products, damaged items or a refund.

Cancelling your regular order

You can cancel future deliveries from your account. Completed delivery weeks remain payable. Please rinse empty glass bottles and leave them out for collection.
