Orders

One extra pint for one day

On “Change only this delivery”, the number is the total you will receive. If you already have 2 pints, change the number to 3 for one extra. Changing it to 1 means you will receive only 1 pint.

1. Sign in and open Regular order, then Change regular order.
2. Open Change only [delivery date]. Set the total quantity you want for that day.
3. Press Save this delivery before the cutoff shown. Your other delivery days stay the same.

There is also a separate One off orders section. Its quantities are extras on top of your usual order, so entering 1 there adds 1 pint.

Payments

Save a card for weekly payment

For customers Annie and John have set up for card payments, the card is saved securely with Stripe. Regular deliveries are billed after the delivery week ends.

1. Sign in to your account. If you see Save card for weekly payment, press it.
2. Enter your card details on the secure Stripe page and finish its confirmation step.
3. Return to your account and check your payment details. If the button is still there, ask Annie and John for help.

If you see Pay balance and save payment method, check the earlier balance first: that button pays the amount shown now. Cash and bank transfer customers will see their agreed arrangements instead of a card setup button.

Holidays

Pause deliveries while you are away

1. Sign in, then open Holidays.
2. Choose your First day away and Last day away. If you do not know your return date, tick Until further notice.
3. Press Save holiday and check that the dates appear underneath. To restart an open ended pause, press Remove on that holiday.

If you need to pause dates already paid for, contact Annie and John so they can check the credit.
